C9 Example: The role of the tactic in a shift in the global development

Chapter 9 explains the role of the tactic in a shift of the global development on a specific project case. Still on the general level with a link to examples of strategies by Chapter 8. The examples in this Chapter offers a look at tactical solutions for two classes:

Philosophy; the tactic content presented in this webbook.

Practical example; allocation, management, and construction of standard (multifunctional) buildings in an area of the province's size.

The first level offers a view on the tactic of the shift gaining, and the second presents an example of how it is essential to distinguish the SHIFT on strategy and tactic levels.

The strategy level allows us to think broadly and not consider the burdens of details.

The tactic opens the door for functional Procurement and accessible competition and applies to international supply chain building and operations.

Both support worldwide business competitiveness in all regions regardless of the high and low incomes countries and reflect on differences, weak points, and dangerous places of laws in any province.

Figure C9a. demonstrates via the Dialectic Diagram (DD) a challenge to the growth of the open global market for all organizations and projects of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

The DD indicates why and how the states (in the range of tasks of the SDG) must cooperate. Work together to develop rules of free competition for the whole package of projects (SED, DRR, and HA).
