The overview of critical milestones offers Figure C9k.1.

Presents six milestones, two focused on the capacity of knowledge of the GDT preparation and its impacts in time, and four on processes represented and implemented in relationships of organizations and projects involved in the transformation. Milestones are split into two triads.

The goals setting triad covers tasks of the future needs: primarily strengthening (redesigning) procurement procedures and a fair competitiveness environment.

The second triad is about building paths to the goal: developing and implementing a new project paradigm and corresponding legal framework.

The timing of these cycles starts as looking for an absorption capacity for stage As-Is. It is more about what political, knowledge, financial, and capital readiness will participate in existing or start-up new actions of the GDT worldwide growth.

Finally, the stage To-Be is more about the vision. It represents the permanent monitoring and control of goals predictions (e.g., what benefits and profits are created, if it grows, how,  and which risks and disasters will come or strike again).

Dialectical and algorithm diagrams support the model of the cycle of the Global Digital transformation (GDT). Each couple of milestones has its path. Both unrealistic and pragmatic directions in the process need independent attention.
