E2. SPC Concept

SPC Concept outlines the scope of services of one SPC Utility on a territory (province) in a distributed apps model through a matrix of selected drivers and the relevant sectors. It allows the application of the same principle, logic, and rules (standards) for the structure of components of a broad spectrum of projects. It considers the business opportunities (advantages) of the SPC Utility network for low-income provinces worldwide (needs of sustainability of such network).

SPC Concept presents logic and justifies the purpose and functions of SPC Drivers within the SPC Utility's operation. It follows up on ancient time philosophy, especially that in China and Europe. For example, Aristotle formulated the earliest European view on life via these drivers (components): water, fire, soil, and air (atmosphere).

Modern physics converted it into a narrow, technical branch concept of drivers (features): fluids, plasma, solid materials, and gas.

The Webbook has found its link to history and modern science and defines WEMAF as the core priority of the SPC Drivers.

Three groups of derived drivers, HEDEC, FJMTI, and SBHRB, follow. In any case, the final composition of the SPC Drivers in Table E1 is not closed. It is open for another set with a link to a demand for further drivers reflecting the concrete needs of a province and its SPC Utility. The five Sectors (Sources, Services, Production, Freedom, and Finance) are proposed as a complete chain. The table below presents the drivers' composition applied in the Open Webbook.

Table Ex.1 aims to work with the elements connected to the position of the Human in the Great Triad (GT). It is about his/her sustainability in this environment. It builds on the role of an observer in the GT (Figure C7g.1).
