D6. Chapter D is under preparation

Chapter D is under preparation, and each of the ten sub-chapters intimated below will be added to the Website into the Open Webbook when completed. The web visitor can find much information about the SPC Utility research and development in previous publications and articles, and the text of Chapter D will be divided into these preliminary sub-chapters:

• D1. SPC Utility principle, localization, and data lake structure and data scope 

• D2. Project's area, e.g., UN SDG, SED, DRR, and HA project's design differences, scope, and impacts on province levels

• D3. Legal status, organization scheme, and functional and operational models 

• D4. Project funnel scheme, its functions, operations, data pools, and outcomes

• D5. Data chain structure and project machine in the Blockchain and Smart Contract environment 

• D6. Project machines proposal and assumptions for their start-up application

• D7. SPC Utility service in the project's life cycles, their networking, and cases of drivers breaking down  

• D8. SPC Utility dissemination, Web Portal services for local Governments and Universities worldwide

• D9. Example: Multipurpose modular kits for specific Target and Final Beneficiaries groups
