D2. Open Multifunctional Unit (OMU) Principle

With a link to Chapters A, B, C, and D, the Open Webbook offers a new view of the large volume of purposefully defined constructions with repetitive procedures and construction elements. It opens the opportunity to utilize the worldwide know-how of selecting procedures and types of suitable construction units to standardize a broad spectrum of the project's preparation and implementation in the framework of SPC Drivers under the responsibility of each SPC Utility.

Target Groups (TG) and Final beneficiaries (FB) bring uniform solutions to the administration and construction works respecting social, and statistical, economic, legal differences in any specific province (primarily focused on low-income countries).

Open Multifunctional Unit (OMU) is a proposed brand (idea) serving fourth sub-systems of one principle:

  1. The physical units (OMU) for a set of Sectors: Sources, Services, Production, Freedom, and Capacity (for more detail, please see Table E1).

  2. Operational functions that units (OMU) content, serve, maintain, and generally utilize (for more detail, please see Chapter E).

  3. The equipment of the buildings related to external infrastructure (Internet, mobile communication, transport connection, etc.) in the SPC Drivers' framework and each SPC Utility's responsibility (for more detail, please see Chapter E).

  4. OMU is an example of other possible outputs of the Open Webbook. Please, when you start to think about the OMU, remember that.

When you start to think about the OMU, remember these four sub-systems of the SPC principles. It helps you to penetrate deeply into the following text.

Figure C5b and Figure Dx.3. are about the environment and functions of the Open Multifunctional Unit (OMU). A more detailed view presents in Figure C5b. It ranks the OMU into a chain of the three Triads (Great Triad, GT, Tasks Triad, TT, and Project Triad, PT).

Figure Dx.3 introduces the OMU processes, especially their project characteristics, and works functions on a ground plan of the Task Triad (TT). Chapter D outlines a breakdown of the tasks (their functions) that characterize the spectrum of responsibility of the SPC Utility.

For fluent reading by any reader, the following text is essential to comment on the diction of the Open Webbook. Do not have anxieties about the enormous complexity and broad spectrum of tasks and low readiness of the present population, mainly of the low-income territories, to accept all this and succeed.

Yes, the content of the Open Webbook is not a "Piece of Cake." Presentation of the SPC Concept, SPC Utility, and SPC Driver indicates the multifunctional and international dimension of the future work tasks if accepted. But the world has thousands of universities. There are plenty of newly born ones, mainly in low incomes countries.

There is a substantial intellectual potential worldwide, and the distributed approach to getting knowledge and build own world. In your head, in your family, in your entrepreneur’s ambitions, in situ in your province with the respect to others in regions around you), it all gives hope to succeed.

It is a call for a mission of the most critical initiators of the pragmatic aims of intellectual growth on their territory for the local policy, legal, social, economic, and technological needs. It is about the "soul" of philanthropy which exists among all Homo Humanus (HH), Homo Politicus (HP) in the Matrix and the Spin of Human behavior. It is a solid reason to sustain being an optimist (see Chapter CFigure C6aFigure C6b, and Figure C6c.1).
