Timespan respects vision milestones. The first milestones have three steps. 1. step defines what needs to be done now (the decision till 2025); 2. step focused on leadership tasks (till 2028). The third step is the first milestone of the vision. It is the assurance that the shift of change has started, and the GDT generates self-financing projects till 2035 and after it.
