C8b.2c Structure and scope of tasks of the vision

Figure C8b.2c introduces the structure and scope of tasks of the SPC Concept illustrates two views. The first presents the methodology used, and the second indicates a set of proposed vision tasks in finance periods. In summary, the vision underlines the content of three key (projected) results on specific levels:

  1. Philosophy level: Global Digital Transformation (GDT) needs a solid base. It is proposed to build it in the hierarchy of three environments presented in this webbook: the Great Triad (GT), Task Triad (TT), and Project Triad (PT).

  2. Vision level: the GDT needs proper strategy and tactics on the UN level, worldwide, supported by pragmatic policy and intelligent technologies on the national and local levels. UN Sustainable development goals (SDG) are the first initiatives.

  3. Project level: if the present structure of the SED, DRR, and HA projects are  presented as a data package, then the new project paradigm in the now forming and coming GDT environment will get a chance to grow.
