Figure C7a.4 Individual and Team in a Project Life Cycle

Figure C7a.4 indicates the relationship of the Disciplinary the Matrix (DM) to Matrix and Spin of the Human Behavior in a project life cycle environment.

DM suggests the path to the shift of the team (in a positive sense to the growing quality, a higher efficiency of work on project preparation, implementation, and its value maintenance).

The Matrix has an arrangement suitable for equation applications, allowing a more detailed view of the personalities of individuals and the team in a spectrum of different environments and situations.

The Matrix can help the team leader and any team member  orient their colleagues' behavior and identify the risks associated with the team's individual goals and objectives.

In addition, for the team leader, this model offers the opportunity to direct oneself and the individual in the team to the required performance. The aim is to eliminate the risks associated with emotions and protect the sustainable unity of the team on the path to the goal.
