SPC Concept offers a scaling process in the informal relations of organizations in the province (for about one million inhabitants) through the SPC Utility application for projects that pass SPC Drivers (more in chapters D, E).

Especially to the final beneficiaries (entrepreneurs and families are living and working in the province).
