Figure C6d2. The Assumptions of the Human for projects

Figure C6d.2 remembers the dialectical diagram (DD) that indicates the connections of the Human to the project process. It builds on Man's abilities on his personality, teamwork, and collective strength in preparing and implementing projects.

DD represents a state where we know the structure and content of the project (Project Scope), and we ask about the role of the individual (individual) and the team's strength in this process.

Individuality stands out in the group (it is the team leader), who must have the background for the project to finally gain an economic dimension permeable to the team of stakeholders and the wider environment (acceptability of the project for the growth of quality of life, environment, and safety, especially in the place of implementation).

We talk about a chain of project leaders and their responsibilities splitting into uncountable data packages in real life. In project life cycles, we should see complex results of the project stages. If not, we can not understand how accurate project assumptions and processes are.

We have a vague idea about project profitability, how risks generate significant investment burdens, and the actual impact on the social and economic order (e.g., on a specific supply chain in a territory of a province, state, etc.).

All of this affects individualities, teams, or collectives, which, if they have data,  can lead project cycles to better new quality and transform project processes via AI technologies.
