The following Figure C5j.2 indicates the scope of the SPC Utility procedures in a particular province. It presents the selection and role of data derived in SPC Drivers and gives examples of project portfolios in the SPC Utility business spectrum.

There are two portfolios under presentation. One includes access to water, electricity, materials, air, and the necessary funding (WEMAF), and the second covers health, education, disasters, the environment, and capital needs (HEDEC).
