As-Is

As-Is: it means something that exists at present, including myself, my team, or a collective experience (in a still actual or as a long history).

A point in time flow opens Space for accepting (understanding, consensus) what is around now (positively or negatively). It is a fundamental attitude before a decision, not a view in history.

As-Is have no impact on a specific historical event before a decision in a coming time. It is an objective view of myself, my team, or a collective in preparing an event (tasks) for something that is before me.

Assignments

Assignment defines a task or work allocated to someone as part of a job or course of study. In this sense is, the task assignment is measurable and performance enforceable.

Path to Goal

Path to goal has a direction from vision to the mission. It has value in its identification (good choice) and performance (good navigation); its complexity, risks, and novelty of the assignment from beginning to the end.

Motivation

Motivation is a driving factor for actions, willingness, and win goals. These needs, want, or desires may acquire through culture, society, lifestyle, or generally innate influence.

An individual's motivation is the most important. It can be either internal or external. If the activity is desirable because it is inherently exciting or fun, it is intrinsic motivation.

If the goal is only an external reward different from the action itself, it is an external motivation. The seemingly self-evident distinction is a big problem for maintaining the quality of the whole project process; across the entire cycle (this already falls into the area of risks).

Motivation is always related to practical rationality. The central idea is to believe that we want to finish what we do.

If we fail, there may be a weakness of the will to work on the project, and an error rate will appear (without the evil intention of harming the project).

Navigation

Navigation is a field of study that focuses on monitoring and controlling the movement of a vessel or vehicle from one place to another.

The navigation field includes four general categories: land navigation, maritime navigation, air navigation, and space navigation.

In a broader sense, navigation refers to the ability to perform (solve) navigation tasks in other areas.

Navigation of paths to project goals is now the actual plan. The navigation of projects in a data environment characterizes their scope, complexity, and diversity.

The opposite is also true. It is the navigation (routing) of data in the domain of projects, which shows standard features for standardization and increasing availability of project quality at reasonable prices for the territory.

To-Be

To-Be means something that we plan to come true in the future. It is a process on the path from its beginning to the end. It is about the algorithm, movement step by step on the path (on a network of paths) to the goal of a venture (e.g., personal, team, or collective).

To-Be is not only about a result; it is about the trail to the goal and reaching (grabbing) itself.

To-Be has a substantial impact on the behavior of the Human, on his motivation and acceptance of the navigation rules, and the personal, team, or collective participation in a task's vision and mission events.

How to read the model in Figure C3a? A description of the subject matter follows, such as the SPC Concept (b). For example, the string begins with analyzing the achievability of what we want, recognizing the result we want to achieve (d). Equipped with data, we can address, engage, and get the target group (e) on our side.

The SPC Utility motivates stakeholders and expresses an attitude toward the project via co-financing (c). The navigation of strategic routes is ensured by preparing and fulfilling tasks (f). Stakeholders control each project up to the goal (a).

The goal is fulfilled by raising funds for the preparation and implementation of the project and proving that the new product (Object) will generate its financial sources or a different added value for a pre-specified time.

Figure C3b explains Project Process Scaling (PPS), reminds the role of the WBS rules, and assists present generations to understand the impact of Digital Transformation Skills (DTS) on a new project paradigm.
