The structure and texture of work packages in Figure C10e:3a reflect processes and protocols from stage to stage as math operations (via machines of a New Project Paradigm app). Milestones respect the hierarchy.

Data matrix operations and the related machine development and operations indicate the general logic structure for the specific task of the first stage (SPC) that feeds Chapter D.

It is about the challenge of developing and performing the Project Preparation Machines, PPM, Project Implementation Machines, PIM, and other devices for project operations (e.g., for the internal financial control or internal audit).

Figure C10e.3b offers another view on the same challenge. Presents top tasks of the four principal objects of this webbook in the hierarchy from upper to lower levels:

1. Global Digital Transformation (GDT)

   GDT is focused on the preparation and implementation of new business models. It is about packages of development and transformation of technology and their impacts on standards changes relating to the development of digitalization of operations of organizations and projects worldwide.

2. Unified Economy Penetration (UEP)

   UEP represents a reaction to the collision of balance between centralized power (policy) and distributed business (open market). In the environment of new technologies, development reflects the scientific results, mostly Artificial Intelligence, AI (e.g., via binary and quantum logic development). It is represented by the package of the procurement services (from Sourcing, Purchasing to Payments operations).

3. Digitalization of Organizations and Projects (DOP)

   DOP is about the digitalization of processes of organizations and projects in the private and public sectors. It supports the UEP strengthening and the GDT development and dissemination. DOP introduces a package of competitiveness both in technology (the New Project Paradigm package) and law environment (Legal Framework package). The critical task of broadcasting digitalization includes digital inclusion problems solving worldwide.'’

4. Self-Powered Community (SPC)

   SPC belongs to proposals of a platform of new ideas and concepts and is the core theme of this webbook.
