A comparison of two hierarchies, "Top-Down and Bottom-Up Approaches,"  of four identical tasks by Figures C1c.2b and C1c.3 in one package is the subject of Figure C1c.4.

The tasks are presented as a global set of data derived from guidelines and information related to preparing and implementing SED, DRR, and HA projects for multinational organizations (individuals, teams, teams).

It is an abstraction of the communication environment of physical objects - "things" - which are equipped (e.g., sensors) for communication (data exchange) via the Internet. These devices (computers, machines) can read, accumulate, and transmit data over the internet.

In addition to today's well-known equipment of the IoT (such as refrigerators, washing machines, and coffee machines in public and private services), the scope of IoT in this Chapter shifted to knowledge objects services of the preparation and implementation of SED, DRR, and HA projects.

These services represent a broad spectrum of activities in favor of organizations.  For example, the sense of the "Sperma of the Procurement" proposed and discussed in this and other Chapters. The author offers the building and structure of these four top tasks:

1/4. Platforms of new ideas and concepts

2/3. Digitalization of processes of organizations and project

3/2. Unified economy strengthening

4/1. Global Digital Transformation
