Figure C4e.2 introduces the idea of the interface of object-oriented organizations and projects. This figure indicates project operations on project preparation and implementation  (who is doing what in classical project management operations). On the opposite side, the Figure presents a structure of the proposed project algorithm for the SPC Utility service (see Chapter D).

This Figure demonstrates the idea of the "Diamond" symbol for the shift from classical project management to the new paradigm. The crucial for both project management schools (current and the future) is mastering internal financial control and all auditing control and services to any project's life cycle.
