Financial (data) span respects the financial needs of the Global Digital Transformation (GDT) tasks at the As-Is levels. It breaks down into three steps. The first is to startup; the second is about the assurance that the vision is running well. The functions of both stages are financeable via present financial schemes. The third step is needed for the economic (algorithm) approach (more details link to the SPC Driver's demands in Chapters D and E).
