Figure C7g.3 reminds the SPC Utility role and SPC Drivers scope on the local level (see Chapters C and D). Both have the ambition to be essential teammates for sustainable global growth through the GDT dissemination in low-income territories.

There are two reasons for this. One is respecting traditional informal administrative systems (simple life algorithms).

Local people live in a rugged and beautiful natural environment and work directly to their survival needs with a low social and economic superstructure.

The second reason is direct motivation (guaranteeing data truth). In other words, the inner strength to endure the pressure of changes, learn new things, rise out of poverty, and prepare a better future for children. Local mothers can gain the know-how for gender and health promotion in the families of their communities.

I am sure it is a strong motivation for most of the world population to go together. The word "motivation" here means understanding where the core of present local and global risks are and how the construction of future benefits should be in favor of life of the Human in the GT.

The interest is to be closer to the truth of what and how groups of objects should present themselves (e.g., in favor of any project (things, object according to Figure C7g. 1, 2, 3).

Let's start by appealing to the current practice of a wide range of organizations and any project from the SED, DRR, and HA packages (see Chapters 4 and 5).

On the Internet, we can find a series of established posts dealing with digitalization (both for organizations' needs and project stages). As mentioned in previous chapters, the attention of the webbook is limited by a focus on project preparation and implementation processes.

So, this chapter describes how to monitor and evaluate projects and use indicators and criteria (indicators represent measurable states that allow the assessment of whether associated criteria are being met, and criteria represent a principle or standard by which something may be judged or decided).

Look at more details on indicators (Figure C7h.1) and criteria (Figure C7h.2).
